1 Our return policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund in the form of a voucher. Please read the conditions below.

Remark: It is always a disappointment when you discover you have to return a product due to a bad fit. Therefore always check the size table and picture on the product page.

2 Return conditions

We will refund received payments in the form of a voucher on returned products, if you inform us on your decision to withdraw within 14 days of delivery.

Please post your returns back to us, packed in its original packaging with all original tags Please make sure that you send any returns together with the order number and your name clearly included as a minimum.

We only accept returns of jewelry when this jewelry finds itself in the same impeccable state as delivered to you and is unworn and unwashed. Items that have scratches on or seem to have been worn (rather than only tried on ) cannot be refunded !!!

In case you return the product due to a product default, please mention this to us in your return message. In that case we will ask you to mail us a video or picture of the product default. 

We ship products to you free of charge, however we do not pay for shipment costs of return. 

We cannot be held liable for any duty charges incurred on any items return - which should be nil as it is a valid return and should not be subject to any tax. Therefore: any such charges would be wrongly imposed.
